The hotel is located right next to the presidential palace, making it a perfect base for exploring the historic side of the city. It is also close to the Old Town, allowing easy access to the best sites in Warsaw. The rooms are clean, extraordinary, and luxurious, with well-equipped business rooms for those traveling for work. The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The continental breakfast is complete and delicious, and the hotel offers high-speed WiFi throughout the premises.

Some bathrooms in the standard rooms may have antiquated showers, which can be uncomfortable for taller guests.

The hotel offered a fine view of the city skyline from our room on the top floor. The location of the hotel was convenient, with many popular attractions within walking distance. The staff were great, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Excellent English-speaking staff, incredibly friendly and helpful. Receptionist provided sightseeing information, which was later placed on our bed along with chocolates. Staff member researched coach service and offered taxi options. Room cleaning was thorough, beds were comfortable, and temperature control was convenient. The hotel is located in the nicest area of the city, close to the Old Town and in the center of Warsaw. Guests can enjoy spacious and comfortable rooms with cozy beds and good bathrooms. The restaurant and bar facilities offer excellent food and the service is of a very high standard.

Some guests mentioned that there were no drawers in the rooms to store clothing, which could be inconvenient.

We were really surprised when we arrived at the hotel and were upgraded to a spacious and comfortable room. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful, from making dinner reservations at a recommended restaurant to providing perfect service at the bar. The location and lobby of the hotel were also great.

The beautifully decorated rooms and comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's prime location near the Old Town allowed us to easily explore the charming area. The excellent service we received from the staff made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. While the lunch prices were higher than expected, everything else about our time at Hotel Bristol was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for a splendid stay in Warsaw.
